Sydney Calling.

At the end of June I'm heading over to Sydney for a long weekend. Completely selfish reasons I won't disclose here, but mostly to go shopping, ideally at Zara in Sydney. I would happily spend thousands of dollars at these stores, for the quality and design of their clothes is top-notch for non-designer clothes (although they are High-End). We have nothing of the sort here in New Zealand, and when they finally got to Australia, us Kiwi's were happy as Larry and could just pop across the ditch for a bit of R n' R - Shopping Style.

So here are a few things on the Zara store that are probably not in the Sydney store, but I think look pretty anyway. Drawl away, no one is watching.

(If I ever got my hands on this dress I think I would cry).

Love this skirt with the grey tee combo.

Studded collars <3

Awesome printed shirts. Here you would have to pay designer prices ($200-600) to get shirts like this at this quality.

This dress is awesome!

Imagine pairing this with neon nails and neon accessories.

Printed blazers = another love.

I get all fuzzy just thinking about it.

  1. Oliva :) I love Zara and the printed blazer is my favorite pick (along with the pants)! thanks for visiting my blog -- Good luck with Healthy May! I'm following you now too <3

  2. Oh, I had no idea that there was no Zara in NZ. I thought they were everywhere. A good reason to on a trip though!

  3. I love that black fringed dress, it's gorgeous! The printed blazer is so pretty. I agree, Zara is just Awesome! xx Mandy

  4. Yes! to the printed blazer. I've been trying to work out how to deal with the 'pajama' trend and a silky patterned blazer is definitely the easiest to pull off I reckon! x

  5. I went to Melbourne in March and the shopping was AMAZING!! I was very impressed with Zara and came out with a significantly smaller purse! haha. Topshop wasn't what I was expecting though, I guess I will just have to wait till I make it to London to see Topshop at it's best! haha. Hopefully I won't have to wait too long for that :D

Hopefully Zara and those type of stores start making there way over to New Zealand soon! Wouldn't that be great for our bank accounts :P

  6. I love Zara, such beautiful clothes!
I felt in love with that red skirt, wow

  7. I have just a few months ago moved from NZ to Melbourne and I still am overwhelmed by the amount of clothes I want to buy at Zara! I have to avoid browsing the store now because I have spent so much money there already... everything is so amazing. And the quality is so great, much better fabrics and cuts than the likes of Glassons where everything seems to shrink in the wash!

Can't wait to see your purchases once you've been!
