Wellington Weekends

I haven't really been up to much the last couple of weeks - last weekend I didn't go out, but walked from my home in Central Wellington all the way to the SPCA which is near the zoo - quite a way to walk in sandals! I took a few pictures along the way.

This weekend my I went with my flatmate and her mum to Scorching Bay in the Eastern Suburbs of Wellington, and we went for a walk around to Seatoun and back. It feels like a quaint seaside village over there and it's nice to get out of the city-ish! So here are a collection of photos from the last two weekends mashed up.

  1. Wellytown is so so pretty in the summer time! Love your photos. Scorching bay is so lovely too. Did you go for a swim? The water has been so warm in Kapiti!

  5. I live in Miramar so am pretty luck to be right near Seatoun, and all the beautiful bays and beaches it has to offer - my fave is running around the coastline, so stunning!

I need to take a cue from you and do more walking around the city before the weather starts to get awful.. The bite of Autumn seems to be in the air already!

    1. Yeah, it's a bit chilly these mornings! I'm just getting over the change-of-season cold!
